Shenyang Ball Mill
This energy-saving ball mill features a horizontal, cylindrical rotating mechanism with an external gear drive, two chambers, and a grate-type energy-saving ball mill. Material is fed from the feeder through a hollow shaft and spirally and evenly fed into the mill's first chamber, which is lined with stepped or corrugated linings and filled with steel balls of varying sizes. The centrifugal force generated by the cylinder's rotation carries the balls to a certain height, where they drop down, impacting and grinding the material. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, the material passes through a single-layer partition wall into the second chamber, which is lined with flat linings and filled with steel balls for further grinding. The powdered material is discharged through a discharge grate, completing the grinding process.

Energy-saving Ball Mill Structural Features:
This energy-saving ball mill consists of a feeder, discharger, rotary unit, and transmission unit (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electronic control). The hollow shaft is cast steel with a removable inner lining. The large rotary gear is hobbed from a casting, and the drum is lined with a wear-resistant liner for excellent wear resistance. This machine operates smoothly and reliably.
