SC120 Jaw Crusher Loaded for Shipment to a Major Building Materials Group in Canada

Shenyang, China – September 2, 2026 — A SC120 jaw crusher has been loaded for shipment at the dispatch workshop of Shenyang Sanland Mining Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. The equipment is scheduled to be delivered to a large-scale aggregate production site operated by a major building materials group in Canada.

The crusher being shipped is an SC120×87, which will serve as the primary crushing equipment at the front end of the customer’s aggregate processing line. It is being supplied to replace an older jaw crusher that has been operating at the site for an extended period.

The Canadian facility has an annual aggregate production capacity of approximately 3 million tons. At the site, the SC120×87 will handle the initial crushing of large-sized granite and other feed materials before the material enters the subsequent secondary crushing, fine crushing, and screening stages.

Equipment Upgrade for an Existing Aggregate Production Line

This project is an equipment upgrade based on an existing crushing system rather than the construction of a completely new production line.

As the original primary crusher has been in service for years, the customer required an updated crushing solution capable of fitting into the existing process while meeting the operating requirements of a large-scale aggregate production facility.

During the equipment selection and preparation stage, the technical team considered the connection between the new jaw crusher and the existing downstream equipment, as well as the characteristics of the customer’s raw material and the requirements for continuous aggregate production.

Before shipment, the SC120×87 underwent assembly inspection and pre-delivery checks at the Sanland workshop. Key components and equipment conditions were inspected according to the project requirements before the crusher was cleared for dispatch.

SC120×87 to Support the Canadian Quarry Upgrade

Following completion of loading, the crusher will be transported from China to the customer’s site in Canada. After arrival, Sanland’s technical team will provide installation and commissioning support according to the project schedule and work together with the customer’s site personnel to integrate the new crusher into the existing production system.

For large-scale aggregate plants, the primary crushing stage plays an important role in maintaining the feed conditions for downstream crushing and screening equipment. Therefore, the selection of a replacement crusher needs to take into account not only crushing capacity, but also raw material characteristics, existing process configuration, equipment compatibility, and maintenance requirements.

The shipment of the SC120×87 jaw crusher marks another project milestone for Sanland’s overseas aggregate and mining equipment business. Once installation and commissioning are completed at the Canadian site, the crusher will become part of the customer’s upgraded aggregate production system and support its ongoing production operations.
