Sanland Completes Final Inspection of Large Gear Components for Overseas Mining Equipment

Shenyang, China — September 7, 2026 — Shenyang Sanland Mining Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. has completed the final inspection and preparation of a batch of large gear components at its manufacturing facility in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The components are manufactured for mining equipment and will be delivered to an overseas customer following final packaging and shipment procedures.

Large gears are key transmission components in many types of heavy-duty mining machinery. During continuous operation, they are subject to considerable mechanical loads and require consistent dimensional accuracy and stable meshing performance. For this batch, Sanland’s production team carried out machining and inspection procedures according to the customer’s technical requirements, with particular attention given to gear dimensions, tooth condition, machining quality, and the overall condition of the finished components.

Before shipment, technicians completed a final inspection of the machined surfaces and key connection areas. The finished gears were then cleaned and prepared for protective treatment and export packaging. The inspection records and product information will also be checked as part of the final shipment preparation process.

The completion of this batch adds another overseas delivery of mining machinery components to Sanland’s recent manufacturing schedule.
